HORNET manufactures cellular shade fabric for OEM and ODM projects. Our 30,000 m² factory has 60 automated production lines and a technical and production team of over 100 people. Annual window covering fabric capacity is up to 2 million m².
We work with your chosen base material, cell size and finish to develop fabric for your collection.

Choose from non-woven, woven and knitted fabrics. Share the appearance, texture and construction you need so we can identify suitable material options.
The production route depends on the material, finish and cell construction. Lamination and printing are used where the chosen fabric design requires them.

Heated rollers apply pressure to the base fabric, adjusting its thickness to meet the production specification.

PUR adhesive bonds non-woven fabric to aluminum-coated PET film, forming the light-blocking layer in applicable blackout fabrics.

The non-woven fabric is printed with water-based inks in the customer’s chosen colors, then prepared for further processing.

A slitting machine cuts the non-woven fabric into strips. Strip dimensions follow the required cell size and fabric construction.

The non-woven fabric is folded into strips. Two or more lines of hot-melt adhesive are applied to each folded strip.

The arranged strips enter an electrically heated oven, where the adhesive bonds them together and sets the honeycomb structure.

Finished honeycomb fabric undergoes routine testing and inspection. It is then packaged according to the order requirements.

Packaged fabric is sorted and stored in the warehouse. Organized storage helps protect the material and supports preparation for dispatch.
Trial orders let you evaluate the fabric before placing a larger order. Check the color, cell structure, dimensions and requested finish against your requirements.
Send your preferred material, cell size, fabric dimensions, color reference, functional requirements and estimated quantity. We’ll discuss sampling, trial order details and a quotation with you.
